Food Allergies

We have all heard the expression;

“You are what you eat”, "One Man's Food is Another's Man’s Poison"

Let's talk about Food Allergies:

Delayed Food Allergy (IgG) "food sensitivities" TYPE TWO reactions are not immediate.

Mainstream medicine normally tests for Immediate Food Allergy (IgE)

TYPE ONE toxic reactions.

Could IgG "food sensitivities" be effecting your health?

Food intolerance IgG is a delayed immune response to food. The response can occur over several hours, or days after eating the offending food. Food sensitivities can cause unpleasant symptoms and is associated with a host of chronic conditions including: Celiac Disease, IBS, Colitis, Gastroenteritis, Seasonal Allergic Rhinitis, Urticaria, Dermatitis, Migraines, Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, ADD, ADHD, Chronic Otitis Media, Recurrent Aphtos Stomatitis, Fibromyalgia, Rheumatoid Arthritis, among others.

Unfortunately, we tend to crave and eat the foods to which we are intolerant. Eating these foods everyday can cause sensitivities for us, leading to profound effects on our physical and mental health. The foods that we are intolerant to are usually the foods that cause weight gain, weight loss, digestive disorders, and skin disorders among other ailments. Eating these “reactive” foods over time can have profound long-term effects on our physical and mental health.

An ongoing study reveals that 95% of the population has what is known as a Type II toxic reaction or IgG response to common everyday foods that you eat regularly. Unfortunately the foods that cause this toxic shock vary widely according to your individual system. In addition many Type II reactions are delayed reactions, so they are very difficult to detect on your own.

Antibodies are known as ‘Immunoglobulins' or “Igs” for short. Each individual has their own unique reaction to foods due to their own particular digestive process, their own history of specific intestinal infections, medications, parasites and their individual diet. As antibodies against the food appear in the blood, it triggers an immune reaction to substances that adversely affect the organism. Over time, these antibodies may form immune complexes, which are deposited in joints and other organs and may be responsible for many of the symptoms that are related to food sensitivity.

Facts & "Wows" about Your health!

A Journal of American Medical Association (JAMA) article revealed that more than 75% of the money spent on health care is spent on chronic conditions. Current research indicates that a great deal of these chronic conditions are the direct result of food toxicities; easily treatable by simply removing the foods from your diet.

With more than 270 million people in this country, you will be shocked to learn that more than 2.9 billion prescriptions are written every year, generating more than $131.9 billion for the pharmaceutical companies. Many of these prescriptions mask the conditions caused by food toxicity. And, these prescriptions don't cure the condition, they simply help alleviate the symptoms (pain killers and other symptom-relieving prescriptions).

Over 43 million people suffer from arthritis. Arthritic pain is often the result of food toxicity.

Ear infections cause parents to take their children in for more than 20 million doctor visits - a symptom caused or aggravated by food toxicity.

More than 50 million Americans suffer from irritable bowel syndrome (abdominal cramps, bloating, gas, constipation, diarrhea, etc.) this is almost always directly caused by food toxicities. Remove the foods and the symptoms go away.
