Our house is gluten free everyday, but in an effort to increase awareness about celiac disease, gluten Intolerance and a gluten-free diet, I'm encouraging my friends, blog readers and loved ones to take the gluten free challenge.

- Living gluten-free can feel isolating, but it shouldn't. We believe that if we invite our gluten-consuming friends and family to join us at the table. We can all enjoy a delicious meal together. They will also be able to see that eating/living gluten free doesn't mean "taste free" And have a little insight to what living gluten free means.

Awesome, thank you for helping raise awareness for celiac disease and encouraging everyone to take the Gluten-free Challenge. What a great idea by the GIG and Pamela's Products!
Also wanted to point out that New York State Senate and North Carolina Governor Bev Perdue are (as far as I know) the only two States officially recognizing May 2010 as Celiac Awareness month. Let's hope that more States will join in 2011!
